Facility:

Our plant is located at Alandur, close to Chennai’s national and international airport on 1,00,000 sq. ft, area. It is also close to the arterial G. S. T. Road, a highway connecting Chennai to important cities in South India. We have the following manufacturing facility.

Testing Laboratory:

Our testing facility for chemistry and physical properties of incoming and finished material ensures adherence to product specifications.

For chemical testing, we are equipped to analyze carbon, manganese, sulphur, silicon, nickel, chromium and moly.

For physical testing, we are equipped with:

• A 40 M. T. Universal Testing Maching to check tensile strength.
• A Metallurgical Microscope to check Grain size and In(s)culation rating.
• A Magnaflux Machine to check surface cracks.
• An Ultrasonic Testing Machine to check internal soundness.
• A Hardness Testnig Machine to check hardness of material.

The MSFL plant is manned by skilled and experienced workers and every care is taken to ensure quality at every stag of the process by proper supervision. Our service to automotive and engineering industries for the last three decades stands us in good stead.
