Deep Grove Ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearings are very widely used. A deep groove is formed on each inner and outer ring of the bearing enabling them to sustain radial and axial loads in either direction as well as well as the complex loads, which result from the combination of these forces. Deep groove ball bearings are suitable for high-speed applications.

In addition to unsealed bearings, deep groove ball bearings include ball bearings with greased sealed inside (sealed or shielded) and bearings with a snap ring that simplify structure around the bearing and design.


Miniature and Extra Small Bearings

The Miniature and Extra Small Bearings are widely used in application for smaller dimensions and lesser load capacity.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

These bearings can be classified as follows:

  • Angular contact ball bearing
  • Four-point contact ball Bearing
  • Double row angular contact ball bearing

Angular contact ball bearings are non-separable bearings which have a certain contact angle in the radial direction relative to the straight line that runs through the point where each ball makes contact with the inner and outer rings.

Four-point angular contact ball bearings have a contact angle of 30° and inner rings which are separated in half. These bearings are capable of accommodating radial loads, axial loads in either direction, and have a high capacity for momentary loads as well.

The structure of double row angular contact ball bearings is designed by arranging two single row angular contact bearings back-to-back in duplex (DB) to form one united bearing with a contact angle of 25°.



Self-Aligning Ball Bearings

The outer ring raceway of self-aligning ball bearings forms a spherical surface whose center is common to the bearing center. The inner ring of the bearing has two raceways.

The balls, cage, and inner ring of these bearings are capable of a shifting in order to compensate for a certain degree of misalignment with the outer rings. As a result, the bearing is able to align itself and compensate for shaft / housing finishing unevenness, bearing fitting error, and other sources of misalignment.

High precision angular contact ball bearings have all the characteristics demanded by today’s machine tool high speed capabilities, high running accuracy, low noise/vibration levels and low operating temperatures.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Since the rolling elements in cylindrical roller bearings make line contact with raceways, these bearings can accommodate heavy radial loads. The rollers are guided by ribs on either the inner or outer ring, therefore these bearings are also suitable for high-speed applications. Furthermore, cylindrical roller bearings are separable, and relatively easy to install and disassemble even when interference fits are required.



Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings consist of four interdependent components: the cone, or inner ring; the cup, or outer ring; the tapered rollers, or rolling elements; and the cage, or roller retainer. The taper angles allow the bearing to handle a combination of radial and thrust loads. The steeper the cup angle, the greater the ability of the bearing to handle thrust loads. 



Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings consist of an outer ring having a continuous spherical raceway within which operates two rows of barrel-shaped rollers, which are in turn guided by an inner ring with two raceways separated by a center rib. This bearing has self-aligning properties, and therefore is suited for use where misalignment between the inner and outer rings occurs from housing installation error or shaft flexure.



Thrust Ball Bearings

These bearings are designed primarily to support axial loads at contact angles between 30° and 90°. Just as with radial bearings, these bearings differ according to the type of rolling element they use: there are thrust ball bearings that use balls and thrust roller bearings that use rollers.

Needle Bearings

Drawn Cup Needle Bearing

Drawn cup needle bearings are designed to support radial loads and reduce friction between rotating components. The low cross section of the drawn cup bearing provides maximum load-carrying capability with a minimum of space required. Drawn cup bearings are easily installed with a press fit in the housing. We offer a wide size range of standard inch and metric drawn cup bearings.
There are two basic designs: the full complement and the caged version. Both have a drawn outer shell, which serves as a raceway for the rollers contained in the bearing. The full complement version has the maximum number of rollers mechanically retained by the drawn outer shell. This design combines high radial load-carrying capability with low cost. The standard caged version contains a one-piece steel cage to guide and retain the rollers. This design provides high speed and maximum lubricant retention capability.


Heavy-duty Needle Bearing

Heavy-duty needle roller bearings consist of a machined and ground channel-shaped outer ring with a complement of needle rollers retained and guided by a cage. The thick outer ring provides maximum load capacity and shock resistance with a relatively small radial cross section.

With the high-strength cage retaining and guiding the rollers, this design provides high speed and lubrication retention capability. A lubrication groove and hole in the O.D. facilitate relubrication through the outer ring. These bearings can be used with or without a machined and ground inner ring depending on the suitability of the shaft as a raceway surface.


Needle Thrust Bearings

Needle Thrust Bearings are bearings in which the radically arranged rolling elements are accurately guided by the cage. It is very right bearing which has the capacity to bear large loads in a small space. These bearings have various washers so can be chosen for every kind of application.

If the mounting surface for the bearing in the machine has been hardened and ground, and is of a high precision, it is possible to use only the cage assembly by itself, making it even more compact and able to withstand high speed and fluctuating heavy load. They are suited to use when high accuracy is required, such as in automobile driving mechanisms, machine tools, NC machinery, high-pressure pumps, etc.


Spherical Bushing

Spherical Bushing are self aligning spherical plain bearings which have the inner and outer rings making contact with each sphere surface and which can take a large radial load and two directional thrust load at the same time. There are basically divided into

  • Steel on Steel Type
  • Maintenance Free Type

Steel on steel type is especially suitable for applications where there is alternate load and shock load. They can therefore operate with low torque, and have excellent wear resistance properties and large load rating. They have a wide application mainly in industrial and construction machinery etc.

Maintenance Free Type are especially suitable in cases where fixed direction loads are to be taken and are used mainly in food processing machines and construction machinery and in other fields where the use of oil is undesirable and where lubrication is not possible.


Rod End / Pillo Balls

Rod End is small size self-aligning spherical plain bearings, which can take radial loads and two directional thrust load at the same time. These bearings also have excellent wear resistance properties and can take heavy loads. They are suitable for all kinds of controlling mechanisms in machine tools, textile, farm and packaging machinery, and also for link mechanisms
